If it doesnt work we come out and redo everything* exactly as if it were a fresh install and charge you for it.* After YEARS of trying to help people fix their computers after they have worked on them, I got a really good laugh out of your response. Usually you are three hours into it before they tell you what it was that they did before you got there. When you are using the word "fresh" are we talking reformatting the hard drive and a clean install from a recovery disk? Having two people work on something is almost always less than one. Besides it isn't the truck rolls holding up the subs. Co-branded advertising of cable-ready computers might get some people off their butts to order the service....these are already available. I say advertising a free month of service would do more than anything else to boost demand in areas where they need to, where there isn't a backlog.
