You can try to file an anonymous complaint (of course, explain your reason for anonymity: i.e., that Mr Becka is representing a company whose stockholders have repeatedly threatened others who disagree with the merits of the company with frivolous lawsuits. Mr Becka has been active on at least one stock message board as a "policeman" for these stockholders, with the implication that anyone who posts critical information on the message bard about the company would face the spectre of litigation. And, Mr Becka is now going to other stock message boards to apparently try to intimidate folks he suspects posted on the Raging Bull stock message board.)
