James Zimbler, Chairman of Universal Media Holdings, Inc.,(OTC Bulletin Board: UVTF) today expanded on the previously released news that the Company has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement for certain patents, copyrights and trademarks with World Cyberlinks, Inc.
Mr. Zimbler, in clarifying the nature of the patents that are being obtained from World Cyberlinks, stated that the patents covered the docking system station for transferring data between pen-based computers and host computer systems.
