Tim,
Who would you say is EXDS' closest competitor? And why do you consider EXDS the long term leader in this market?

I am a little skeptical about their ability to grow into their valuation and think that their business model will be under constant attack. I consider ARBA to be in a different class altogether as I believe that there will be very few winners in this space and ARBA will be one of them. I also believe that the B2B space will revolutionize the way business is done in the future.

Also, what date are the short interest figures from that you are using? My understanding is that they are always a month delayed and therefore there is a chance that the short interest has been cleared out substantially. The only numbers that I could find were from July 10 and there was one rally right after that that could have been fueled by shorts covering.

BTW: if you are interested in possible short squeezes, check out the short interest on this puppy.
