LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 16, 2000-- CrossKeys Systems Corporation (Nasdaq:CKEY - news; TSE:CKY. - news) is pleased to announce that max.mobil. is using CrossKeys Resolve® portfolio software to manage its growing data network and demonstrate its quality of service (QoS) to customers.
A major Austrian provider of digital cellular phone technology services, max.mobil.'s network serves over one million customers.
``The web-based reporting capability of CrossKeys Resolve software and its ability to integrate with our existing environment were key factors in the purchase decision,'' says Stefan Schutting, Head of Data Networks, max.mobil. ``It's not enough to simply have a network you think is working, you need to be able to demonstrate it.''
CrossKeys Resolve software monitors and reports on the integrity of the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) max.mobil. has with its customers.
