TOM is easy to understand. I got out completely a couple of months ago and am waiting to return until I see some changes in the way the company is run.

The subsidiary is in a jurisdiction which isn't regulated by the CDNX. Management can dilute our holdings in TST and issue themselves shares and bonuses without being accountable to TOM shareholders or the CDNX regulatory bodies.

They keep us in the dark, issuing almost no non financial press releases.

The current price reflects the lack of trust that management is acting in the best interests of TOM shareholders. I don't remember being asked if I wanted to spin out the asset I invested in for a GEM based private placement. I definitely don't remember being consulted on the latest round of dilution.

What happened to the funds from the last placement?

When I pose these questions to IR in a long email, I get a one sentence reply. They don't be appearing to take retailers seriously.

I wouldn't be surprised to see it break $1 again.
