I like this guy:
With improved operating expenses and other key metrics, A.G. Edwards & Sons Inc. Jimmy Johnson says Compaq is a "buy," and his 12-month price target is up to 50.

"They’ve turned the corner," Johnson says. "Now it’s a matter of executing, as opposed to clawing their way out of the gutter."

Maybe he should be on CNBC.
