If it wasn't a legal necessity, I doubt that Henry would have told us what Gemstar's sales were, much less pro forma numbers incorporating TV Guide. Unfortunately I feel he's more in the mold of Howard Hughes than John Chambers.

For those tracking my inquiry to gmst investor relations, it should not come as a surprise that I didn't receive a call back. They're probably still waiting for Henry to approve their response on when the earnings report will be issued.
