kollmhn, Just got back from downtown. It's nice to the OSX up when you expected it to be down. I own both GLBL and OII. I agree with you on your analysis. I currently have a double position in OII and a full position in GLBL. I think they are both being effected for the same reasons, but I don't see much downside with either one. OII is selling for less than half of the 2001 PE ratio, and OII is in a less competitive segment of the business. Good luck, Jim
