About 6% of the stock float, doing some quick math. Fine with me.

General propensity will be up now, so I still think we move over 30 in Sept, but will stay under 42.5 by Oct. I'm using OFR (Option Flight Rules) on this one until I see some other indicators that tell me otherwise.
