Glenn, Here's HB's latest on AMZN:

"We rate the stock Accumulate rather than Buy because we still do not have enough visibility into a steady-state
long-term revenue growth rate for the company."

also from HB:

"We don’t expect the "holiday rally," if any, to be as broad or pronounced as last year (when many of the stocks were up 100% from their summer lows by December and were setting new highs), but we believe investors could see upside of 25%-50% or more in the three leading stocks."

The three leading stocks are AMZN, AOL, and YHOO. With 25-50% upside in a few months, AMZN should be Buy-rated again. The ML threshold is only 20% over 12 months.
