Ian, You have to be kidding about the t/a onslaught causing the correction in MTSN or in the rest of the group. That's almost as preposterous as your fear that one of John Stewart's quarterly earnings predictions was going to raise the bar too high.
For the starters, the sector was ripe for a big sell off because there was rampant bullishness. Whenever a group gets way overbought without a correction, the slaughter always happens. However, t/a did not start the decline. The stocks were very vulnerable because they had been rolling over for quite awhile and the start of steep slide was caused by your buddy John Joseph at SSB. Further, James Cramer jumped on the Joseph bandwagon and he has a huge following of mostly idiots. Ian, it is not t/a that causes the huge swings in this sector. It is a sector that attracts way too much hot money. All the best, Phil
