O/T California--Thanks, Jon, for letting us sweltering Texans find greater peace about what we're missing by not living in the land of milk & honey . . . and also of Willie Brown, Barbara Boxer, Dianne Feinstein, et al. I particularly liked the notion that rolling back rates while inviting companies to build more plants is a solution. And they wonder "What went wrong?" They could use some mirrors, but instead they'll probably ask Al Gore.
