Auric - did your attorney advise you that it's ok to post to public message boards? Has your attorney said anything about registered brokers posting to public message boards under assumed aliases without disclosing their status as registered brokers or any potential conflicts of interest they may have? Has Blackbeard Securities, LLC been conforming to the NASD rules about keeping records of all of your mails/emails/message board postings? Will there be a file to examine at Blackbeard if the SEC comes knocking? Are you in violation of any of the Sections or Rules of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934? Are you in violation of any of the NASD rules governing the communication of registered brokers with the public via electronic media including message boards, email, and "chat" rooms? In the immortal words of your own attorney, "The truth is an absolute defense." Answer for yourself.
