Perhaps, but on further reflection the market might not be so impressed with HWP's numbers. According to the report I read, revenues rose 14.6 % Y/Y, and that may have been a fairly easy comparison off of a quarter that wasn't exactly a barnburner (e.g. third quarter '99 was below third quarter '97 in revenues): yahoo.marketguide.com My understanding is Unix server revenue was up an anemic (compared to Sun) 13%. But they sold lots of home PCs and notebooks, presumably to all those folks who want to connect to Sun servers on the Internet. <g> JMHO, of course.
