I don't know if it is true or not, but unless the players are willing to pony up more risk by shorting more RMBS, the only effect that they can have is positive.

The crux of my view on this is that I am not worried about short interest in RMBS...I consider it a good thing. The fact that we broke through the triple top after consolidating for a while tells me that somebody with some knowledge is buying the stock.
