Seems to me as tho the techs haven't went any where..up and down and still below 4000. The only stock I sold last month that is over where I sold it is.....VRTS ..only by a few pts. I believe the mkt is sucking the small guys into the bear rallies and the when a drop of bad news hits...Trap is set
