Here is why this stock is a play. I have been in this stock for over a year. This company was never on the OTCBB and then kicked off, it was a created shell that began in the pinks. The pinks are a horrible place to be and provides no liquidity. Here is why this might be worth risking it and buying some stock. The company has filed there form-10. (over 30 days ago.) The form-10SB proves this is a real company with millions in revenue. The company also launched Goink.com this week goink.com which is a b2b portal for ink and toner cartridges. The "rumor" is that the company feels confident that the form-10 will be approved in the next month and will begin a major IR and PR campaing next week. The stock has rose from .20 last week to .51 today on nice volume. The reason this is important is last time the company had a shareholder meeting in January (I was at) the stock went from.25 to $2.00 in a couple days. There it is.
