Well I can see you don't live in South Texas,
My tomatoes plants gave up the ghost to the heat almost a month ago..but I just ran out last week..*sigh*
And after having home grown you want to throw rocks
at the store bought ones.
---------------
I'm now putting out my second crop a few at the time ( for the fall, ) I might be rushing them some.
They just can't produce in the kind of heat we are having
down here at this time.
However once this second crop gets producing, ( another 40 to 50 days ) I'll likely have tomatoes into March.
I hot house a few of them from Late DEC to about Feb..
unless we have a really hard & unusual freeze , in that case my hot house won't even work.
--------------
Nothing like having a small garden, & I find it's as good
for the spirit as the body.
