yep, the XAU is looking at all manners of resistance here...gaps, moving averages, what-not.

BUT in past XAU rallies, once they really got going, technical resistance meant nothing. the rallies are always incredibly swift. several cycles, long and short term favor a XAU rally here, not to mention the dreary sentiment picture cum collapsing OI in gold.

i agree, Globex doesn't mean much...but honestly, can you actually imagine the market going down tomorrow? -g-
