Jack, 500,000 went at 500,000 @ ~ 7 1/4..If it was a buy, it was a hell of a buy. If it was short covering then there's 60 million more where that came from. They won't be able to cover at these prices though IMHO, TA ------------- you said Message #2416 from Jack Hartmann at Aug 16, 2000 7:34 PM Hmmmm Big block trade at the ask today 08/16/00 15:56:36 659,300 shares at $7.187 per telescan, ask research showing the lot was over 500K but under 600K A Yahooligan posted that it was 500K at 7 3/16. Bid was 7 1/8 at the time and price went up above 7 1/4 after that. Either one hell of a short covering or someone taking a big stake. Jack
