Listen guys, The company has insurance (or so they said) to handle any lawsuits. The question of culpability is still to be answered, as well as if there was any crimminal activity. I do not expect the company to exist as an independent entity by the time the next scheduled shareholder's meeting rolls around. Hood and the rest of the cabal will not want to face the shareholdrers, who at this (and that ) point, would demand their resignation. Any attempt at comforting the fall with any type of parachute to lessen the blow to the inept management should be met with stiff shareholder opposition. RK
