Dear Sonny,

Here we say "wolves shed hair but not habits." Russians will never change. Clarity and opnness has never been part or Russian policy, and that has nothing to do with SOivets, it goes way byond to the days on Ivan Grozny! I know a few thing about Russia and I can tell you, all they make is inferrior, from house-hold appliances to cars. I have travelled thoughout Russian for a life time, and I often wondered how a third world nation, with such a primitive
economy can ever pose a threat to the West. I often wondered how they managed to send missions to the space. Theoritcally, they are good, but when they build them, they are not worth a damn! I feel sorry for those poor folks in the sub and their families that put their safty in the hand of ignoratn bureaucrats in Moscow. The truth of the matter is that no-bbody gives a damn abouthem. I doubt if Moscow
wants them out alive. If they come out they will tell stories that will make the Russian defence apratus look bad. SO as far as Putin and his click are concerned, they will stay under and die, and the government will tell the story to the public!!
