levy my man, the only anal-yst that doesn't like the deal(at least in print ) is Sasa at Piper.........I have read the report from Merrill and Blodgett calls this "the best Internet infrastructure convergence play" and goes on to say "The combination creates a global infrastructure powerhouse capable of delivering an end-to-end platform of services for narrowband, wireless and broadband". The report is VERY positive and there are many other reports(including Goldman Sachs) that are equally generous in their praise..............Lets see what happens over the next day or two as I believe that the S-1 shares should be gone by then.
