I my opinion, the alliance with the Investment Banking firm, Needham and Company, has a lot to do with this current movment. I have posted one of the annoncements below. Wednesday March 19 10:19 AM EST DDL Electronics Inc hires Needham as advisor NEWBURY PARK, Calif., March 19 (Reuter) - DDL Electronics Inc on Wednesday said it has hired investment banking firm Needham & Co Inc as financial adviser to assist DDL in its mergers and acquisitions strategy and to evaluate alternatives for increasing shareholder value. DDL also said it has hired the firm to help DDL expand its presence in the contract manufacturing industry. DDL Electronics integrated design and contract manufacturing services to original equipment manufacturers in the instrumentation, communications, computer, medical and aerospace industries. The company also fabricates multilayer printed circuit boards PCBs.
