What gets me are the gurus who pose as teachers. Yet most of them run some sort of real time pay-per-view chat with the emphasis on real time calls. You hear these types talking like.."We were hot today!" or " We called XYZA for huge gains" or " We had a huge day ". In other words these "teachers" are actually "advisors"(unregistered,unlicensed) making real time recommendations to clients.

I can't imagine the SEC will sit by and watch this go on too much longer.
