Yesterday, I had occasion to see and experience a prototype of the new Thompson version of the E-book at a GMST meeting. I like my rocket book, but this was even better, best feature is the ability to download without a computer (ethernet enabled). When I asked Henry when we can expect more titles, he grinned and said very soon. In fact the whole co. looks long term bullish; I was able to ask Pete Boylan some very difficult Q's and he had the right answers.
Everyone should understand that there won't be EPS for a while, because of goodwill amort. since the TVGIA deal is treated as a purchase. But, since amort. is a non-cash expense, EBITDA will be excellent.
