Hi David Thanks for your comments on vsgn. I did find out that this company was not done by a venture capital company company and was funded by netscape and other hi tech companies about three years ago. The shares outstanding are in the 13 million area, and the float on the market is only about 6 million. Vsgn has an excellent website with lots of information. I have contacted the company this week for a information package and for info on an brokerage houses that follow it. They recently issued 1 mil to 1.5 mil shares. I believe the offering was $12.00. good luck mnm
