There's never been a shortage of muggers in Colombia, LOL. Doesn't matter whether you are down there trying to get oil out of the ground and sell it or getting emeralds out of the ground to sell as my post awhile back about my buying trips to Bogota attempted to do. But Cartagena has some real nice beaches and "beach scenery" BTWG<G>. And yes senior Bullski you get a big ROGER from me for hitting the nail on the head with this frank assessment of our "leaders" HA!
