With all due respect Jeff, I must agree with SG. Why would these crooks (IMHO) bother using their pot of $$ to buy us out when they could use those same $$ to fund the company via floorless convertibles and reverse us to oblivion??? As long as they ELECT not to file their K&Q's, they can do whatever they like under the cover of darkness. We saw what they did to the Barron Chase/Oasis scam victims in 1998, now didn't we? IMHO, when the basis for the company's value is a few month-to-month property management contracts and a worthless truckstop in the desert, they are a little shaky anyway. Nonetheless, I'll put my certs where my mouth is and sell all +/- 150K today at $.10 to anyone who thinks this will be a $1.00 stock in our lifetimes. I await the PM (ha,ha) Still looking for the emergency exit, other than a window 10 floors up... Regards John
