Within minutes, the 250 traders ... respond to his burst of lyricism with collective action. This is a TACIT example of manipulation by means of contemporaneous shorting - textbook, IMHO. Read Section 9 - this is EXACTLY what is being described in Section 9 as price manipulation. How the heck is this any different than when George Gilded puts a rec out and his legions buy the crap out a stock? You guys are idiots and deserve to lose all your money.
