kvkkc1.... We strongly disagree on a lot, though I think our disagreements aren't necessarily along the artificial dichotomy you adhere to specifically "liberals" vs "conservatives". Don't have time right now to go over your points, maybe I'll get some time this evening. I'll answer one question of yours though regarding why I wrote especially women. Turn on the news, read your papers as see the degree to which women are victimized and terrrorized. Also think about the psychological impact that this violence has on women every day of their lives. I spoke with a female friend jokingly saying I refuse to carry my cell phone so my clients can't get in touch with me. She replied, she has 911 pre-dialed into hers which she carries with her everywhere so, just in case, all she has to do is press "send" if accosted. Coincidently, the next night on the news, after this latter conversation, the news person noted how a car jacked female victim locked in the trunk of her car used her cell phone to help the police save her. Anyway, back to work.. z
