Michael, I'm aware of the two different versions and I own the EOD non-realtime version. I use Quotes Plus as my data vendor for EOD data. For my realtime quotes and charts I use Qcharts and I've recently come across a program QCollector that will download historical data from QCharts/QFeed and store them as local files in Metastock format. When downloading daily data I can read those files in Metastock 7.01 without any problems, but it won't open intraday data files (e.g. 5 minute bars). Interestingly enough, the Equis Downloader handles those files just fine and s able to convert them into other formats and back into Metastock format. Dave
