Highlights from Estonian local news. Satellite Mobile Communication will be available in Estonia from Globalstar and Radiolinja. First free phones will be delivered to Estonian president, department of government telecommunications, department of telecommunication control, rescue service and Estonian Energy. From september, everybody who have Telital or Ericsson phone can sign up to service. To addition of normal phone, users can use SMS and number transfer functions. Starting at the end of this year, data and fax will be added. Globalstar supports also calling local emergency numbers. Globalstar phone works in 120 countries, using 30 land stations. Veiko
