I think this is one of the major problems with running the room... Good trader doesn't feel like alerting about setups he wouldn't trade himself, and those he is willing to alert are not enough to feed the room. And if you try to go with pure teaching, members get unhappy. Really challenging, not easy to get accustomed for I believe.
