nobody gives a damn about oil or gold...and the dollar will only begin to worry people if and when it truly collapses. a small pullback will be completely ignored.

i agree in principle that we're probably building toward some negative event...but your timing is likely off. why not wait for a high sometime in September, followed by the usual October trouble? i give that a better chance...although i think the ultimate top may still be some time away. for all i know it could be another year...

note, the synchronized global economy has removed all major trouble spots - what should the market worry about? inflation will be reported as non-existent even if it should go into overdrive. i have yet to see the massive housing cost and energy cost increases reflected in any official govt. statistics...
