Since historically all tax cuts have resulted in a robust economy, I am not sure I follow your chain of logic.

I advocate no tax cut. What I advocate is the complete elimination of the IRS and an end to all taxation of income. Eighty years of legalized stealing from the productive is more than enough to see the abuse of government power by both Democrats and Republicans that have stemmed from this immoral and unconstitutional policy.

A better way to fund proper government roles would be through the proposal of an alternative non-income tax system advocated by cats.org

Remember the 1996 campaign when Dole and Kemp campaigned for a 15% tax cut. Fortunately, we did not get a tax cut and four years later we have a real surplus. If Dole and Kemp's proposal had become law, we would not have a surplus today. Now, Bush wants to eliminate the surplus with a huge tax cut. Apparently Bush and the Republicans do not like budget
surpluses. If the Dole/Kemp tax cut had taken place, interest rates would have been higher. There would have been less money available for investment in information technology.
