I concur. Most H&S have not resolved. The Nikkei had a nice one that did. A few Cdn issues I follow did as well, but by and large they have failed.

I still chart them because I find that in almost all cases the old neckline will come into play later in the chart. I also take their failure as a medium-strength bullish signal.
