Dear Sy (herein after referred to as the "Party of the First Part"),
In consideration and direct response to the Party of the First Part's plea and submission of a bilateral translation for the key reference terminology which may or may not be utilized to refer directly to the pending combination of the Party of the Second Part and the Party of the Third Part, I must render the following unqualified opinion.
With respect to such action herewith and henceforth, and upon additional testimonial investigation with special regard to direct suggestions supplied by Puna (herein after referred to as "The Party of the Fourth Part") and Roger Sherman (who, in regard to such party's aforementioned mental state, shall herein after be referred to as "The Party of the Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Parts"), the Terminology Committee (formed in total by certified agents of both the Party of the Second Part and the Party of the Third Part) subsequently agreed, quid pro quo, to review the aforementioned suggestions.
Upon such aforementioned review, and in accordance with civil due process, the Terminology Committee has rendered several distinct, ubiquitous and obtuse clarifications.
First, the unilateral support by the Party of the First Part in due course and direction toward the Party of the Fourth Part and the Party of the Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Parts is noted for the record as both profound and meaningless.
Second, the Committee recognizes and applauds the creativity and inventiveness of the Party of the Fourth Part and the Part of the Fifth, Six and Seventh Parts, although the Committee also stipulates the possibility that such aforementioned creativity was artificially induced by foreign chemical substances.
Finally, in accordance with Article Nine of the UPC Code, the Committee shall issue the following public statement to directly address the contributory nature of the bilateral terminology classification suggestions:
To wit: With reference to the Party of the First Part, such aggravating effervescence of oratorical sonorousities is not only irrelevant, inconsequential and highly superfluous, but the imbecilic eccentricities are irrefutably infelicitous.
Sincerely, courteously, and with humble regard,
Bryan |
