Looks like we're treading water. Frankly I wouldn't mind a big dip here. I doubt we're going to get many more chances to buy cheap.

I may have to break down and crunch some FY '01 proforma numbers this week end. Lord I do hate math. Just eyeballing it, I figure we'd have to see some earthquake or other act beyond our control to miss a profit for the year, but I need to know how much profit is reasonable to speculate on how far the price will run.

It is also necessary to determine how long we can go without dealing out some treasury shares to generate cash for operations and chip buys from the fabs. Last 3rd Qtr number was a profit of 0.26/sh. It may take something like that over this 2nd half to avoid the need for cash.

I trust that if such a deal has to be struck it will be on better terms than either of the last two stock deals. Perhaps some publicly traded warrants would do the trick? :8)
