I thought the 52-week low was 17 something for the VIX. Intermediate-term high for the market is days away. I had 60 percent sell signals for the general market last night. Today should push it up around 70 percent. Another good day and I'll get near my 80 percent general sell area. NDX and OEX are already at 100 and 83 percent sells. Just needed the ordinary companies to be levitated last.
