No, I wouldn't give those damn ambulance chasers the satisfaction of joining a class action. They are the only ones that collect. Hell, the investors that lost are only pissing on themselves when they get an attorney. Just adding fuel to the fire! Cable modems\equipment companies are gonna be the winners in the broadband access war...that was foretold with the AOL\Time warner merger & HLIT has the technology & expertise. Zero insiders sold during the run-up and during the downturn. They know it's just a matter of time before it's their turn. As far as those lawsuits...there was no fraud. Only possible misrepresentation which may not be the case if they meet year-end estimates. If not the case, Companies with any money can hold those off for 3 years(maybe longer) & then settle before Court date & then no one wins anything except the attorneys. And little money is paid…comparatively speaking. I know from personal experience. I have participated in the whole process. From deposition to discovery to settlement. These lawsuits may keep the little Investor off the table but not the big money which makes the stocks move...This is not the situation of say a Microsoft, Union Carbibe, etc . Rinky dink lawsuits aren’t going to keep this technolgy from busting loose My HLIT shares are free(???) from the Cube Spin-off, but can see they are way undervalued... as is ADIC. And I want more while I can still afford them. I will turn 20K into 100k any & every day. Thanks for letting me dump on the lawsuit thing…I’m a bit pissed listening to those yahoo’s misperceptions concerning litigations which is why rarely go there anymore. Good luck with your ADIC
