I haven't heard anything specific about the Kana deal, heck, I didn't even know clarify was in there. I remember when sebl listed cisco as a customer and magically DELETED all references to cisco on their web site about two years ago. we've been doing alot of channel work lately, especially in the bvsn, artg, vign space.... as you know they are the same guys that work in the ecrm space. The evidence we are hearing on the margin does NOT suggest that Kana should be on our radar. (keep in mind our radar has much more valuation sensitivity than yours) TD
