Cleary BLOWS A BIG CASE: Baby Lee Walks Free Thursday, Aug. 17, 2000 VERDICT -- A federal court jury, which began deliberations July 25, found former IBF president Robert Lee Sr. guilty on six counts in the Superseding Indictment. The jury acquitted on both Racketeering counts of the Indictment and acquitted Lee's son, Robert Jr., of all charges. Lee Sr. was convicted of the following, for which he faces a prison sentence of approximately 37 to 46 months:: * Counts 21, 23 and 24 -- each charging Interstate Travel in Aid of Racketeering * Count 27 -- Money Laundering Conspiracy * Count 32 -- Filing of a False Tax Return * Count 34 -- Filing of a False Tax Return
