I couldn't give a rat's ass what you think you know, and your posturing here doesn't make me any more or less resolved to deal with the issue at hand. If you believe that Auric is allowed by law to post his diatribes and tirades here without advising of his status as a registered broker and divulging any potential conflicts of interest, you're plain wrong. Maybe, as a self-appointed expert, you should hit the books again because you plainly do not understand the implications involved.
Secondly, if you are not one of his lemmings - you sure as hell come off like it. You made no offer to enlighten, you merely criticized - you're a posturing schoolboy who thinks what he says carries weight... wrong.
My public assertion was based on how you presented yourself to me, nothing more. You come off like a lemming - like someone who doesn't know his ass from his elbow without being told by an Auric, and Elgindy, a Mr. Pink, or a Pluvia.
My compulsion is to get to the bottom of what appears to be something criminal, something unfair, and something that needs attention. I am not the only one persuing this, and I don't care what you think about it.
You allege that you understand something better than I do - yet you have offered no insight whatsoever... your claims of knowledge go unsusbstantiated. Another blow-hard trying to appear as if he is something that he isn't.
You don't like what I'm doing, tough shit. I'm doing it, it's getting attention in the right places, and the end result will hopefully be justice - because a registered broker has been amongst us without disclosing his status as a registered broker, and yet his opinion is shared with hundreds (or more) of people in the public - and that's not allowed, chickenboy.
So day trade or do whatever it is you do - I couldn't care less if you slopped swine for a living. My mission is clear, I've made it clear to everyone here - Auric, a seemingly very nasty man who has purposefully made people miserable with his tirades and criticisms of things that he shorts, shouldn't be allowed to post to public message boards as a registered broker without DISCLOSING that he is and DISCLOSING potential conflicts of interest, and that - my chickenboy - is not only by way of NASD rules, but by way of SEC rules.
Hit the books, poultry-dude, you need more education than I do in this respect. You want to disrespect me, fine - don't think you won't get it back in spades, though.
Yes, I am rude. But I have many a clue, and many an insight. Rudeness, chickenfeathers, seems to be the currency with which Auric prefers to do business... I am just doing as the Romans do when in Rome. You don't like it, tough shit.
Auric may know what he is talking about on occasion, but he knows more than he is disclosing - and that may put him at a distinct advantage over the ordinary retail investor... something he pretends to be by not disclosing his professional status.
I have advised SI of his professional status, I have advised the SEC of his professional status, I have advised the NASDR of his professional status, I have advised the IFCCFBI of his professional status, and I have advised all of you of his professional status. In the event that Auric is found to have manipulated stocks in concert with others shorting at substantially the same time at substantially the same price - those others may also be in for a rude surprise. I came to advise those that may have been caught in with him that they may have possibly been put at risk by Auric without his having disclosed that risk to them. I did that today.
