I agree about the MOU except that I suspect we'd get surprised by how many minutes will get used up just because of the convenience. If I'm paying 4500 (not counting air travel) for a 5 day fishing trip to Alaska and carry my G* phone out along with the fishing gear and am returning to the comfortable (electric-equipped) lodge each evening where I can charge my batteries, I may just make several calls to let people know about the big one I just landed. For those who need the phone for safety reasons, how are they going to be sure it works when they really need it, if they don't test it from time to time?
