Commonwealth Energy Corp. E-MAIL LIST UPDATE August 17, 2000 Commonwealth's field engineer in Texas was contacted today by Key Energy Inc. (Service Rig Company) who informed him that they have nearly completed a job nearby and should have done so by Saturday. Therefore, they told our engineer that they should be out on our location on Monday, August 21. It has certainly been frustrating waiting on equipment. However, these delays are unavoidable and mostly due to the high Oil & Natural Gas prices and subsequent incredible demand for drilling and service equipment in the area.
