You know the adage about time to sell when your barber gives you a stock tip?

Well, we're a long ways from the top in fiber optics. I had an appointment with my CPA this afternoon and while discussing private placements and pre-IPO investing, I mentioned something about fiber optics, and she said, "Oh, I think that's already public."
