Brandon, If you do not think that EDS should work in new development, then you might as well be saying that EDS should be out of business. New development is where the money is, because that's where larger sized projects are. Also, if you don't think that EDS is making a margin in those other countries, then you can't know the company too well. If they don't make a margin, then they don't operate there. I may have missed some things, are you an account manager there at EDS that has more information than me, an ex-employee? Just MHO.
