steve,

I just got my Abit KT7 RAID - No CPU yet. It looks heavy duty, and it feels heavy. I have to compare it with some other motherboards that I have. Just first observations, the motherboard has 4 fan connectors - yes, you heard it right 4! 2 are in the immediate vicinity of the CPU, and I guess both are intended for some heavy duty CPU cooling.

Another thing that I found unusual is that the motherboard is littered with oversized capacitors. If you have not read any of the reviews, this mobo has a fan for the chipset heatsink. This means that I will not get to see the (in)famous Via KT133 chipset.
